Prohibited Items for Shipping

According to International shipping prohibited/restricted delivery items, the following items cannot be delivered:

• Weapons, replica weapons, ammunition, control devices, and explosives
• Flammables, explosives
• Oxidizers and peroxides
• Drugs and drug-related tools, narcotics and psychotropics for irregular use, precursor chemicals, hazardous substances
• Biochemical products, infectious and contagious substances
• Corrosive substances, radioactive materials
• All kinds of illegal publications, printed materials, audiovisual products, and other media that threaten national security and social stability
• Documents, materials, and other items related to state secrets
• Spy equipment
• Counterfeit or altered currency, securities, documents, official seals, etc.
• Money and securities
• Intellectual property infringements, counterfeit goods, and other items
• Animals and plants, especially endangered wildlife and their products
• Food, medicines, and other items harmful to human or animal health from infected areas
• Tobacco and tobacco products, wine
• Valuables (e.g., artwork, antiques, gemstones, precious metals such as gold)
• Other prohibited items under laws and regulations

※ Financial cards, certificates, and identification documents (e.g., driver’s licenses, passports, residence cards) that are not easily reissued are prohibited from shipping.

In addition to the above-mentioned prohibited/restricted items, SF Express reserves the right to refuse delivery and/or receipt of the following items.

Based on product characteristics or packaging, we arrange shipping considering the safety of transport methods and personnel at our discretion. Compliance with the applicable laws or government regulations of the origin and destination is the responsibility of the sender, as prohibited or restricted items vary by country. In addition to regulations, we recommend referring to the list of import/export prohibited/restricted items in the destination country or region.
